FACTORIES

Technical Characteristics of Factories
The floor of our factories is coated with anti-bacterial epoxy suitable for the food sector.
All of our three factories have a quality control laboratory, water purification system, generator and a 500 m3 water tank. Besides, microbiology factory became active at our Edirnekapı factory. There exist bread packing machines in 4.800 piece/h capacity at our factories; 3 numbers at our Edirnekapı factory and 2 numbers in each Cevizli and Cebeci factories.

Edirnekapı Factory
Edirne Center Factory is established on 14.960 m2 land area and has an 11.363 m2 indoor area. There exist 6 production lines in that factory. Besides, there exists a separate production line for assorted breads (toast, sandwich etc). The section of such production lines up to furnaces section was partly renewed in 1998. There exist total 520 tons capacity 12 flour silos in that factory; 8 numbers of them are made of each 50 tons stainless steel and 4 numbers are made of each 30 tons DKP sheet iron.

Cevizli Factory
It is established on 13.828 m2 land area in Kartal Cevizli and has an 11.487 m2 indoor area .Its construction began in 1997 and completed in 1998, and its production was commenced on November 06, 1998. Our Cevizli factory was planned according to 4 production lines and 2 production lines are still empty. There exist total 200 tons capacity 4 flour silos made of each 50 tons stainless steel in that factory.

Cebeci factory
It is established on 35.000 m2 land area in Gaziosmanpaşa Cebeci and has an 15.449 m2 indoor area .Its construction began in 1997 and completed in 1998, and its production was commenced on 06.01. 1998. Our Cebeci factory was planned according to 5 production lines and 1 production lines is still empty. There exist total 400 tons capacity 8 flour silos made of each 50 tons stainless steel sheet iron in that factory.
